Goal: To improve how Letters (communications sent to parents/carers) are created, so the process is much quicker.

Overview:

Letters can be created using the 'Letter Manager' feature or automatically when a Slip is created. These are often made in bulk for students and can include information like Student details, Contacts, Attendance, Assessments, and more.

Common examples include end-of-term or end-of-year reports, behaviour updates, certificates, and accident or first aid notices.

Based on feedback gotten from quite a number of schools, our goal with this roadmap objective is to drastically reduce the time spent creating bulk letters saving time and improving efficiency.
