The Goal: To give access to schools and LAs to raise cases on the Manage platform.
Overview:
Currently only partners can raise support cases on the manage platform but the goal is to change the access level so schools and LAs can raise cases themselves.
We want to give schools faster support, improve issue resolution times, and reduce the volume of calls and emails sent to the support team.
Key Highlights:
- Schools and LAs can directly report cases on manage.
- Reduce the time spent in case resolution process for schools.
Customer Benefit(s):
Schools will benefit from a faster, more convenient support process, reducing the effort required to report issues. The ability to raise cases directly ensures quicker resolutions and less disruption to their daily operations.
