I think it would be good (and about time!) for us to have a session together looking at Attendance. I know your school makes heavy use of the Week By Week Analysis report which doesn't log attendance against Classes, and we've previously spoke about updating the Class Attendance Report to be interactable like many other Attendance based Reports, so you can edit the data on the report.

When logging attendance via Home > Attendance, you have the option of selecting a 'Form' group or a 'Class' (this may depend on system setup if these are available or not).

it is possible to report on the lesson data in Reports > Attendance > Authorisation Breakdown by Student - by de-selecting your AM/PM Registration periods.
