Delivery rate insights across core communication channels
Favourite actions to pin commonly used tasks for faster access
Quick actions tailored to the user logged in, providing personalised shortcuts to frequently performed tasks
Today at a glance view to surface important actions such as reviewing messages, checking delivery summaries and improving contact data accuracy
Channel insights for the last 30 days, including app adoption, messaging channel data and a breakdown of message delivery reporting 
Messaging analytics over a rolling six month period across SMS, email and push, including delivery rate, messages sent, delivered and units used.

The Performance Hub uses existing communications usage data across to present clear insights into delivery, engagement and channel usage. 
Schools can review performance trends, see app adoption and channel patterns, identify where data quality may be affecting delivery and take practical steps such as improving contact data accuracy and promoting app use.
