We’re giving you greater control over second contact permissions. This new improvement allows for smarter contact management, giving you more flexibility and control over parental communication. You can now:
  • Exclude contacts from messaging when needed.
  • Mark key contacts as High Priority, so they always receive important messages first, even if they weren’t originally Priority 1.
This update helps ensure the right messages reach the right people, supporting clear and inclusive communication for every family.
