The data source is always the Management Information System (MIS). Changes here will sync with your Teachers2Parents instance overnight.
In addition, there is some helpful feedback found in the Teachers2Parents website. Always filter to "T2P New".

I have checked the support portal and I cannot see that a ticket has been raised. Please select the nine dot in Teachers2Parents and "submit a ticket".
