On the previous system, we had the option to create an additional contact for pupils, such as foster carers (who do not have PR and don't pull through from MIS), estranged parents etc which would then allow us to add the class and year group information. This meant that the additional contacts never missed a message. That option no longer appears to be available, making it very easy for human error as not all members of staff will remember who has an additional contact. This is a poor feature and very disappointing as it is creating a lot more work in an already very busy environment.

On the previous system we could add additional contacts and assign them to registrations and year groups. This is not available through the new system, and we have contacts that need to be added that do not feed through MIS. I raised a post back in November but had no response and have seen posts created back in June 2025 where you have said this feature will be added soon. We have contacts missing out on important communication due to not having this feature that we previously had. Please could I have an update on this? Thank you

Contacts without Parental Responsibility are not pulling over to the new system and there is no option to add the contact linking them to the pupil/class/year group. This function needs added and existed on the last platform, with many additional contacts schools will be unable to remember at the time of sending a message which contact is linked to which child/class/year so important information will be missed.

Yes, we have the same issue. This would be a great addition please if you can add this function back onto T2P Thank you

Same issue too. Very frustrating as we recently had to send out a snow closure text and only the first contact was receiving messages, meaning pupils who were in the care of their second contact/grandparents etc did not get the message unless it was sent on to them by the first contact which obviously is not ideal.

Same issue here. No way of adding the additional contacts to classes and year groups.
