Why can we not manually delete users that have left our organisation? This system is very frustrating not user friendly at all!

Thanks so much for sharing. I can completely appreciate how frustrating it feels when someone has left and you just want them removed.
In the new Teachers2Parents, contact and user records are kept in sync with your school’s MIS via Xporter (data integration tool used for all Teachers2Parents schools). That means the safest way to remove someone is to update the MIS first; the change is then automatically picked up by Xporter and reflected in Teachers2Parents. This approach protects data accuracy and avoids duplicates or mismatches.
If you do require assitnce from the support team, please "submit a ticket" in the support portal, accessed from the nine dot at the top right hand side of your Teachers2Parent screen.
