To enhance Groupcall’s "Export All Comms" functionality, improving accuracy, filtering capabilities, and usability so customers can easily export their comms data.

By enhancing this functionality, we aim to improve efficiency, provide a better user experience, and reinforce our commitment to continuous product improvement.

This would be a valuable feature to bring forward where investigations are required by schools or if the data is required by the Police or Social Work due to an open sensitive circumstance. This could be an offering within school reporting but also be an extension of local authority capability with their reporting again if they are dealing with a particular case for a child.
An extension of this suggestion - it would be nice if there was a separate space for reports where you can generate and view rather than this going through the 'Advanced Messaging' tab to view. Reporting and data is an important aspect for local authorities so refining how this works and the interface in which you interact with reporting would be good.
