The ability to archive previous years messages so that it is available in a report but isn't in the existing 'Incoming' section so that it keeps communication for the academic year but supports housekeeping activities.

It would perhaps be beneficial in the Incoming section to differentiate on where the message is being received from - app or SMS. It may already do this but thought I'd mention in case this is not the case.
