Previously, by adding #NAME into a text would mean that a child's first name would be inputted into the text went sent, making it personal. This is no longer working.

Initially, this is something our Support team can assist you with. The Product team steps in when further development is required to deliver a solution, beyond the initial troubleshooting.
Please submit a ticket by selecting the nine-dot menu at the top right of the Teachers2Parents screen. This is the most effective way to ensure you receive the help you need.

The Product team are aware and are ready to get involved, when appropriate. At this stage, we haven’t seen the volume of reports that would indicate a widespread issue, but we absolutely recognise that your school - and the other mentioned here - need a resolution.
We appreciate your patience while Support works with you to identify the root cause and ensure everything functions as expected.

Hi Temi, is there a solution for this yet as we have the same issue. We have logged numerous support tickets and get cut off hold after 10 mins

We had to change the token #name in all of our templates to $studentforename$ .
Just Delete #name and inset token see the (x) at the top of the message
