New update not user friendly

This new version is not very user-friendly. There are too many sections open at once, which makes it feel cluttered and harder to navigate.
The new version also requires more steps to complete simple tasks. Finding recipients is more complicated and takes longer than before.
The “review message” screen adds an extra step that wasn’t required in the previous version.
Additionally, once a message is sent, it disappears. In the old version, the message remained so it could be easily amended or adapted for multiple recipients (for example, when tailoring messages about outstanding payments).
Some features were not copied across without the previous permissions (e.g. Viewing Reports).
We are also unable to remove custom-made groups.

I find it annoying how the message dissapears after it is sent also. I am having to copy and paste my message each time to avoid typing it out again.
