Restriction on ticket purchasing

School has a ticketed product set up restricted to two tickets per family - parents are logging in booking two tickets then logging in again and booking more - system lets them keep booking 2 tickets at a time over and over - Is there any way this can be stopped so that once they have bought a ticket they can buy no more if a restriction is in place

We set the payment to the maximum figure ie £2 per ticket, allowed 2 set at £4 per student we setting up the payment and allow payment change so if the parent only wants 1 ticket they change to £2. hope this helps.
