Sending more than one message to same parents for siblings

We need to send 'named' texts/emails to the same parents but relating to different children in their family. At the moment, only one message sends and the others default as duplicates.
An over-ride is needed so you can send multiple texts (same message), pulling through the child's name, to the same parents.
