I have noticed that it seems to take up to 48 hours for new pupils to appear in T2P and School Money even after triggering a manual data refresh. Really, this needs to be instant because if there was a school emergency and texts/emails were the only form of available communication, it is not acceptable that any new parents would not get the messages. Data syncing really needs to be immediate if there is no option to add them manually within T2P.
