With the old system, after sending an email or text, the text would remain in the text box until you physically deleted it. With the new system, as soon as the email/text has been sent, the text is automatically cleared from the text box. It would be helpful for it to remain in the text box until deleted because sometimes, we do need to send bespoke messages to individual people, but with only minor changes. It would be easier to be able to 'tweak' the text rather than have to copy, paste and then tweak and then repeat again for however messages you have to send.
