The Goal: To modernise the WisePay Dashboard and Module area. Step one in ensuring a consistent design and user experience, and a building block towards a common desktop and mobile platform visual goal. Overview: This broader roadmap objective ( https://feedback.venturedsolutions.co.uk/parentalpayments/p/wisepay-modernising-the-look-and-feel-of-the-wisepay-app ) will begin by modernising journey for WisePay, to eventually create a consistent and cohesive experience across desktop and mobile devices. The aim is to streamline the user interface and functionality, creating a single, unified payment app structure with a similar look and feel. Key Highlights: Modernisation of the WisePay app, aligning it with the our new payment platform designs. Building foundations for consistency of design and user experience. Improved navigation and usability for a more intuitive payment experience. Customer Benefit(s): The modernised design will make it easier for users to navigate and perform tasks efficiently. By consolidating the structure and design, we ensure a more unified approach to payments, enhancing overall user satisfaction.

These seem to be tricky for the parents to understand, it always includes optional items like the afterschool club, we add the parents in to the payment in case they need to use it but if they don't it just creates really long statements - can the format be changed?

We would like to get rid of options like swimming (as we dont charge for swimming) but we cant seem to add things like 'Nursery fees'

This feature will improve financial management for parents, making it easier to ensure their children have access to essential services without disruptions. Key Highlights: Introduction of automated reminders for topping up dinner and club payments. Timely notifications to ensure parents can top up their accounts before balances run low. Customer Benefit(s): Parents will benefit from receiving clear reminders, reducing the likelihood of missed payments and avoiding any disruptions in their children's services.

Limit the options on purchasing. For example, limit how many school show tickets they can buy.

Parents to see history of configure durations on the app. Currently it just says attended or not attended.

On Trips and Visits Module there is the ability to mark a student as being withdrawn This function would also be very helpful to have on the Transport module for students leaving part way through the year to stop their account showing as funds outstanding
